Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

The living room includes a television, VCR, pullout sofa-bed, and covered patio. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room include a breakfast bar, all utensils and cookware, and all appliances. There is a Washer and Dryer, linens, central air conditioner, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent included.

Clubhouse includes a computer room with internet access, large outdoor heated pool with spa, sauna, exercise facility, arcade, Tiki Hut, outdoor sand volleyball court, and Tot Lot.
